Tim McNamara, Appraiser

Tim graduated from East Carolina University in December 1989 with a BSBA in Finance and concentration in Real Estate and became a certified appraiser in 1991 and now has 20 years of experience in the field. Tim started McNamara & Company in April of 1995 and has thrived operating his appraisal firm since then. He enjoys his time appraising and measuring homes and has immense knowledge of the marketplace. To the right, Tim is pictured with his wife, Allison, and two daughters, Alexandra and Dabney.
Craig MacKinnon, Staff Appraiser

A graduate of North Carolina State University, Craig started with McNamara and Company in 1995 and is currently a staff appraiser. Outside of work, Craig enjoys running, biking, weight training and whitewater kayaking. He is pictured to the right with his wife, Tiffany.
Matt Harmon, Staff Appraiser

Matt graduated from NC State in 2002. Since then, he has worked for two successful companies gaining experience in home building and project management and is currently a staff appraiser. Matt is pictured here with his wife Lisa, and his daughters Leah and Molly.
Sam Ogranaja

Sam is Tim’s personal assistant handling research, appointment setting and going in the field with Tim to do inspections and measurements. He moved here from Florida where he was an appraiser for 8 years, appraising all types of residential real estate. He is also an NSCA certified personal trainer and helps people achieve their fitness goals. He is pictured here with his fiancee Tiffany and they will be getting married at the end of 2010.
Melissa Les'Pere, Office Manager

Melissa works on numerous things including keeping the log book, accounting, and monthly statements. She also spends much of her time speaking with and assisting clients. She is married and has 2 children.
